Create your own unforgettable ocean experience with a Private Half-Day Whale Charter aboard Ocean Rose. Over the course of four hours, you and your group will enjoy an intimate, personalised adventure at the tail end of the humpback migration on the Sunshine Coast.

While the peak whale swimming season is wrapping up, humpbacks are still making their way south, and there are still opportunities to slip into the water for a respectful encounter. With a private charter, we’ll tailor the day to your group — from searching for those last whale swim moments to enjoying breathtaking whale watching from the boat, or even exploring one of our beautiful local reefs with a relaxed snorkel.

No dive certification required — participants must be comfortable swimming in open water and in good health if they want to enter the water.

Minimum age: 10 years (under 18s must be accompanied by an adult).

Whale encounters are not guaranteed as we are working with wild animals, but our crew will always do their best to create an unforgettable experience.
