This is an entry-level course Beginner course designed to provide a fun, informative, and safe introduction to Freediving through classroom and pool learning.
Over the two-day course, participants receive classroom training, followed by physical techniques in both the pool and the ocean to enable them to achieve maximum propulsion with minimal effort.
