Palm Beach Reef- Nestled off the beautiful Palm Beach coastline of the Gold Coast, the Palm Beach Reef offers some of the best freediving opportunities in the region. With crystal-clear waters, an abundance of marine life, and a variety of depths to explore, the Palm Beach Reef is the perfect destination for both beginner and experienced freedivers alike.

Cook Island -Nestled just off the coast of the Gold Coast, Cook Island is a stunning and unique destination for freedivers looking to explore the wonders of the underwater world. As you descend into the depths of the ocean, you’ll be greeted by an array of colorful corals, fish, and other fascinating sea creatures. From curious turtles to playful schools of fish and even the occasional passing reef shark or manta ray, the marine life at Cook Island is truly awe-inspiring.

If you are completing your course, or depth training, our experienced instructors are on hand to guide you through the learning process so you can develop the skills and confidence necessary to push your limits and explore the underwater world in a whole new way. Dive session: Max 3 hours.

$150 - Fun Dive! - Boat Fee to Explore, Photo Package, Guided time with an Instructor (not on the line) – must be certified

$180 - Line/ Depth Training & Fun Dive!  - Freediving instructors (ratio max 4:1 or less) - Boat Fee, Fun Dive, Line Dive and Coaching

$0 - Complete course - You can only choose this option if you have NOT been out to the ocean. If you are coming back to attempt Day 2 again, this will be a charge of $220
